Although the Holidays are still a few weeks away, these few weeks are crucial before you realize there are a million and one things you need to do to prepare. After all, the holidays are a time of celebration- think about seeing those friends and family members that you don't get to see often and all of the opportunities you will have to dress up, look good, and get out to celebrate what is important. To help you stay on top of your Holiday agenda, we've forcasted some stylish looks that we know will be out and about all season long. So don't stress about what to wear this season - we've got it covered with these top 5 fashion trends!
Empire Peacoats- ( oldnavy.gap.com), Infinity Scarf Orange – (etsy.com), Cream lace peplum top -(dorothyperkins.com), High Waisted Button Skirt - (freepeople.com), Woven Leather Messenger Handbag - (mango.com), Born Rosel Oxford Ankle Boot - (shoeline.com)
This season is all about the women's oxford bootie. The menswear look is back with sleeker lines and richer details coming on strong for fall. This look with it's rich neutral tones paired with wool fabrics, plaids and multiple layerings, bring the oxford shoe back with a feminine twist. This look is easy to mix-and-match but fall appropriate and super comfy. Taylor Swift has been seen sporting this style multiple times this fall and the look only seems to be getting more and more popular in the fashion world- as seen trending for Fall Fashion Week.
We love this look with the Born Rosel in Rust. The red undertones and teardrop cut-out detail looks great against black tights. With a sturdy heel and low-ankle cut to elongate the leg, the Born Rosel adds a more feminine touch to the menswear look.
Faux Fur Bolero Jacket With Crystal Accent - (lordandtaylor.com), Sterling Silver emerald studs - (anrdoezrs.net), Black Peplum Bodycon Dress - (missselfridge.com), Cynthia Desser Stingray/Python Cuff- (intermixonline.com), Sofft Manhattan Pump - (shoeline.com)
This fall lush materials like suede and velvet, paired with rich colors are a must-have on our fashion forcast. A Fabulous color to keep an eye out for this season is Emerald Green. From Runway to Retro, this jewel tone is giving off a lavish vibe this season. No matter which shade, Emerald Green is that rich pop of color that you can easily incorporate into your existing wardrobe and easily complements with any skin tone. Mix Emerald Green with your formal attire to make for a bold statement on a night out. Upscale your little black dress by accessorizing with Emerald tones for the classic look of luxury.
We chose the Sofft Manhattan pumps in Emerald to add and elegant twist to a classic black dress. The ankle straps add a fresh twist to a timeless shoe style. The rich emerald shade along with the lavishly defined angles of the black dress we chose for this look, creates an unforgettable ensemble perfect for a upscale night out, dinner party, or for just simply, well, turning heads!
Louche Jeana Stretch Jeans - (joythestore.com), Trendsblue Viscose Fringe Scarf - (amazon.com), 80s - Beckon Round Sunglasses - (ocshades.com), Phoenix blouse - (monki.com), Bologna Xvi Handbag - (bakersshoes.com), Isola Biel Flats - (shoeline.com)
Electric Blue flats are just what Rachel Bilson needed to add a hint of color to her casual day look. Royal blue is yet another fashion forward color we love this fall and we see it continually trending throughout the holiday season. With the weather getting colder, comfort can sometimes overrule style, but we are finding that casual and comfortable can be fashionable if accessorized correctly. Adding a brightly colored flat to a pair of skinny leg jeans helps your casual look go from boring to attention-grabbing.
We chose the Isola Biel flats to go with this casual look. The rich coloring is a focul point for the eye against black skinny leg jeans. The Biel flats made with plush suede, are soft and form fitting. We love the elaborate jeweled bow detail on the toe, making the casual ensemble flirty and fun.
Forever New Hudson Super Skinny Coated Jean – (forevernew.com.au), H&M Blouse – (hm.com), Swell Bradley Denim Jacket – (swell.com), Born Kensi Bootie - (shoeline.com)
For a fashion-forward street look black leather-type leggings and jean jackets are coming back retro-style. An oversized white Tee or blouse gives that rocker chic vibe we can't get enough of this season. Take your style to the streets with a faded jean jacket for a fashionably effortless look.
We paired this with the Born Kensi lace-up Bootie. The Sasso suede material is a seasonal top 10 and the wedge heel gives edge to the lace-up detail. We are seeing tan ankle boots on all the celebrities this year and these Kensis paired with black leggings, gives this street style a sexy, city-girl edge.
ICHI Blazer Soga – (welikefashion.com), Peg Leg Trousers – (oasis-stores.com), Crochet Insert Shirt – (topshop.com), Ai_ 'mini clutch' – (new.wok-store.com), Isola Dallan Heels -(shoeline.com)
Rich colours like burgundy, black or deep purple are bold with styles featuring metallic uppers and Leather outerwear. Burgundy has emerged as an important color for the season and will continue to prove itself for the Holidays. Burgundy in Blazers and accent pieces are also a way to bolden your look.
We paired the Isola Dallan in Burgundy because it is the perfect heel to dress-up this sharp, modern style. With black-draped goucho pants and a burgundy blazer to accent the color, you are sure to be fashion forward in this outfit.
